Jiri Klima Grating foil strips give your Czech nymphs that extra dimension and realism that all fish just love. Grating foil is semi transparent allowing the body colours of your flies to show through and subtlety change the colour of the grating foil. Used as shell backs for Czech nymph fly patterns, shrimps and nymphs. To use simply cut the foil into strips to your desired width and peal away the backing. Tie in at the hook bend and pull over of the back of the fly. Tie in firmly at the head of the fly, whip finish and varnish
